Fan Fridays

Fan Fridays are a favorite! Patients and staff alike enjoy the opportunity to “show their colors” and represent their favorite teams by wearing assorted sports apparel. Always a conversation starter.

Holiday Sharing

As a staff, we have had the privilege to witness firsthand the ripple effect of a simple act of kindness and how it affects others. What started out as an isolated opportunity to provide Christmas joy to a family who would otherwise go without, has become a yearly tradition. Collectively, our staff “pools our funds” each year to “gift” deserving individuals or families. Recipients in the past have been little ones with no options of Santa visiting, foster children, Veterans who have continued to give back long after active duty, families affected by cancer, and kiddos that have simply needed warm winter clothes.

Cook Offs

Not to say that our staff is competitive, but…Food Network has nothing on us! Over the years, we’ve been known to have a culinary throwdown or two. We have solicited the impeccable palettes of our patients, both past and present, to judge our creations. We always look forward to sharing our chili, soup, dip, and dessert recipes, as staff enjoy bragging rights for the winning dish.

Food Drives

Always looking for a way to help those in need, we hold a food drive each year. Our patients and staff always rise to the occasion and have provided hundreds of pounds of canned goods and staple items to the local food bank.
