How much time should I expect for a scheduled appointment?
Initial Evaluations and Treatment Sessions
You should allow at least 90 minutes for your initial evaluation and treatment session, including 30 minutes for paperwork, unless completed ahead of time.  You may Download the necessary Forms (Demographics, Patient Information, Financial Agreement) located under the Forms Section on our website.    Your time with the therapist will be about 45-60 minutes with 15-20 minutes at the end for any modalities, as deemed medically necessary by your Physical Therapist.
Standard Treatment Sessions
You should allow 30-45 minutes for follow up treatment sessions with 15-20 minutes at the end for any modalities, as deemed medically necessary by your Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant.

Will I be treated by the same Physical Therapist or will they change?
Your Plan of Care and Treatments will be coordinated and directed by one primary Physical Therapist.  We utilize Physical Therapist Assistants, who may be a part of your Plan of Care and utilized for your treatments and provide you with additional scheduling opportunities.  On rare occasions, if your Physical Therapist is out of the office for special circumstances, another therapist may temporarily assist in your care.

What if I have questions about my insurance benefits?
We will assist you as much as possible in determining your insurance benefits, but there is no guarantee of benefits or payments per your insurance company disclosure.  The best option is to call the number on the back of your insurance card and personally inquire about your benefits.

Will my Co-Pay be expected at the time of service?
Yes, please refer to our Financial Policy.
