Billing Questions

Automated payment plans are available - Please contact our Billing office at 208-777-9740 option 3 to set one up. When calling in please leave a message on our secure message machine so that your call is not interpreted as potential spam, and a call will be returned to you within 48 business hours.

ITPT's Billing affiliate is dedicated to all aspects of processing your claims efficiently, therefore they may often be committed to another claim at the time of your call. If no detailed message is left, your call will not be returned. If you do not hear back from our billing department within the 48 business hours, we encourage you to please call again to leave another message.

ITPT will attempt to send two monthly statements. If no patient payment is received after the third statement, the account will be forwarded to Chapman Financial for collections.

To make a one time payment on your account over the phone please call 208-777-9740 option 2, and our friendly staff will be happy to help process your payment.
