Physical Therapist and Founder Brad Sharples-Faucher

Brad graduated with his Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Idaho State University in 1997. He spent his first four years working at Kootenai Medical Center, in the Acute, Subacute, and Outpatient settings. Brad gained valuable experience treating multi-trauma, neurologic, orthopaedic, and post-surgical cases. Brad spent the next seven years working at a local outpatient physical therapy clinic in North Idaho. During that period, in 2006, while managing the clinic and seeing a full patient load, Brad earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Idaho State University. In 2008, Brad and Lee opened In Touch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. Brad has been practicing as a physical therapist in North Idaho for over twenty-six years.

Brad has been married to his college sweetheart, Michelle, for over thirty-one years. Together they have a daughter, Micah, attending the College of Idaho, completing her Biomedical Sciences Degree while swimming for the Yotes. They also have a son, Charles Daniel “CD”, attending Northwest Nazarene University, playing baseball as a Pitcher / First Baseman for the Nighthawks while completing his Kinesiology Degree. Brad and Michelle spend their free time traveling to root for their children as they compete for their schools. Otherwise, they enjoy hiking, skiing, and spending time on the lake together.

Physical Therapist and Founder Brad Sharples-Faucher

Lee graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2003 with both his Master and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degrees. He has worked in a variety of settings from private practice to hospital and rehabilitation facilities consisting of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, pediatric and neuro patients. Lee worked in North Idaho at various outpatient physical therapy clinics, before he and Brad became business partners and founded In Touch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in 2008.

Lee feels fortunate and blessed to help facilitate patient’s return to their normal lifestyle through his profession, along with the opportunity to continually educate and positively impact youth in the community through volunteer work. He has been an active community volunteer through numerous organizations of Spokane Americans Youth Hockey Association, Coeur d’ Alene Amateur Hockey Association, Northwest Premiere Baseball Club, Prairie Cardinals Baseball Club, Post Falls Little League and Post Falls Parks and Recreation.

Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys, family and friends. He likes the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, riding motorcycles and ATV’s, coaching, watching and playing most sports, particularly hockey.

Physical Therapist Myriah Tollett

Myriah is a Montana native that graduated from the University of Montana with her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with a minor in Psychology in 2010 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2015.

Prior to joining our team, she provided inpatient physical therapy at the prominent St. Luke's Rehabilitation Hospital in Spokane, WA for patients with various neurological and orthopedic conditions. With her passion for neurologic rehabilitation, health and wellness, vestibular rehabilitation and chronic pain care, she enjoys bringing a rounded knowledge to teh team at In Touch.

Myriah enjoys spending time with her husband and two yound boys. She has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, running, mountain biking, XC skiing, rock climbing, fishing, snowboarding, and camping.

Physical Therapist Alison Burns

Alison graduated from Minot State University with her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Fitness and concentrations in Biology and Health and Wellness. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of North Dakota.

Alison takes great pleasure spending time with her husband, family and friends, and her two dogs. Originally from Bozeman, Montana, Alison grew up loving the outdoors and all it has to offer. She has been involved in sports her entire life, growing up playing softball, men’s and women’s hockey, and volleyball. Alison considers herself fortunate to have been able to continue to participate in athletics in college for both softball and hockey and is still involved in recreational sports today, with her newest hobby being golf.

“I have loved getting to know the local community and wonderful people I have the opportunity to serve in Idaho. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and both orthopedic and neurological injuries or diagnoses. I have a passion for learning and improving my skills as a physical therapist and incoporating new treatments into care including dry needling the past few years.”

Physical Therapist Janelle Acheson
Janelle graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology, followed by her Doctoral of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Jamestown in North Dakota. Prior to joining our team, Janelle provided a variety of physical therapy services in North Dakota and Wyoming as a traveling physical therapist serving acute care, outpatient, and geriatrics. 

Orininally from Coeur d' Alene, Janelle has been involved previously in  local 4-H groups. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kids in the outdoors. Some activities she enjoys are: snowboarding, hiking, camping, horse back riding, fishing, and playing basketball. 

Janelle has a passion for treating patients with Lymphedema. She enjoys helping patients navigate all that this diagnosis entails. 

           "There is such a need for lymphedema management in this area, and I enjoy guiding patients               and educating on the progression of this condition. There is so much progress that can be                 made in a short amount of time, and it is great to see the improvements in limitations                         that can come along with this diagnosis. We have also seen improvements with lymphatic                 techniques in pre and post operative cases that have improved outcomes drastically "

Physical Therapist Valda Vitolins

Valda graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and went on to earn her Masters of Physical Therapy through the University of Southern California.

Valda lives with her husband and two boys, and enjoys snow skiing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, swimming, running, and biking, but mostly loves watching her sons play sports, particularly hockey.

Physical Therapist Thomas Collins

Tom worked for a number of years in the general workforce, including management positions. Desiring something more, Tom explored the field of physical therapy, first volunteering at In Touch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, then working as an Aide. After returning to school to complete prerequisite work, he was accepted into a Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Years of hard work paid off when Tom graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with his Associate Degree in Applied Science / Physical Therapist Assistant. Tom is also a Certified Reiki Master under the Usui System of Hands on Healing.

Tom has been a martial arts instructor for over twenty years with over thirty years of experience. He currently owns and runs his own dojo and has earned his 6th Degree Black Belt in Aikido and 6th Degree Black Belt in Trecehampas Arnis / Sikaran Mataw Guro / Mataw Guro Association. Tom enjoys skiing, watersports, softball, volleyball and spending time with his wife and children.

Physical Therapist Assistant Megan Price

Megan graduated from Washington State University with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She went on to earn her Associate Degree in Applied Science / Physical Therapist Assistant from Spokane Falls Community College.

Megan is an active member of Real Life Ministries. Megan loves to be outside playing ultimate frisbee, disc golf, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and participating in half marathons, 10K’s, and triathlons.

Physical Therapist Assistant Emily Hedine

Emily graduated with honors from North Idaho College with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior to attending NIC, Emily attended Walla Walla Community College where she recieved an Associate of Arts degree and played on the volleyball team. Playing volleyball is where her initial interest in physical therapy was sparked, witnessing her teammates get injured and rehabbing through physical therapy. 

Emily would describe herself as super active and she enjoys spending her time ourdoors: hiking, playing volleyball during the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.
